The NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA YOUTH ALLIANCE is a dedicated group of member Youth Sports Organizations located in Northeast Philadelphia.  The Alliance, and the Annual Race Event that supports it, were inspired by State Representative Dennis M. O'Brien... who envisioned the Alliance and the Race  as a way to demonstrate community spirit, promote physical fitness, and  raise needed funds to help support the  member youth sports clubs of Northeast Philadelphia.  The Alliance is a 501 (c) (3) PA charity.
